JACK DANIELS BURGER

A delicious combo of Black Angus and Jack's famous bourbon.  Served on Asiago focaccia bread with lettuce, tomato, and onion.

SALT HOLLOW BURGER

Our Black Angus burger, served your way with lettuce, tomato, and onion.

BLACK AND BLEU BURGER

We blacken spice our classic burger, charbroil and then top it with bleu cheese crumbles.  Served with lettuce, tomato and onion.

CRAWFISH BURGER

Our Black Angus burger topped with fried crawfish tails, sauteed onion, and our seafood sauce.

BLACK JACK BURGER
We blacken spice our classic burger, and top it off with Pepper Jack cheese and jalapenos.  Served with lettuce, tomato and onion.

BACON CHEDDAR BURGER
Our house-smoked bacon and cheddar cheese gets this burger poppin'.  Served with lettcue, tomato and onion.

BLACKENED TURKEY BURGER
Our six ounce lean turkey burger is seasoned with our Cajun blend and cooked in our famous cast iron skillet.  Served with lettuce, tomato and onion.

Memorial Day Weekend at Shorty Pants Lounge and Marina

The unofficial start to the Summer season, Memorial Day weekend, is nearly here!  The Lake of the Ozarks best Cajun restaurant, Shorty Pants Lounge, would love for you to spend it right here with us.  We've got a variety of taste-tempting dishes on our menu, ice cold beverages to beat the heat, and some of the very best entertainment at the Lake of the Ozarks for this holiday weekend.

The Lake of the Ozarks is preparing itself for all of the wonderful visitors that we get to welcome every Summer.  It's a always a very exciting time to live and work here.  The Shorty Pants staff is all set to help you enjoy your holiday weekend to the fullest.  

THE FOOD:

Shorty Pants Lounge offers the Lake of the Ozarks a taste of New Orleans.  Our kitchen whips up the best authentic creole cuisine outside of Louisiana.  You can start your meal with our world famous Crab Cakes or a Creole Quesadilla.  For one of our main courses, we've got a New Orleans Medley featuring tastes of four of our delicious Cajun choices: Crawfish Etouffee, Jambalaya, Red Beans & Rice, and half a link of our Andouille Sausage.  The perfect pick if you just can't decide! 

We've also got Big Easy Shrimp, Lobster Tails, Black Angus Burgers, Salads, Po' Boys... and soooooo much more.  There are also some really great choices on our kid's menu for the little ones.   This blog doesn't even begin to scratch the surface of our amazing menu. You might want to take a peek at it before you come in, because it's all so good, it takes a while to decide!  

         

THE DRINKS:

There is even a li'l bit of New Orleans in our legendary cocktails here at Shorty Pants. You can't go wrong with one of our muddled Mojitos, a Cajun Bloody Mary, or one of our wonderful frozen concoctions.  If those aren't your drinks of choice, don't worry.  We have a full bar to choose from and some amazingly talented bartenders here to mix up whatever you are in the mood for.  There are plenty of non-alcoholic options too, so everyone can have something extra special to drink along with their meal.

Spring Harbor Hop 2015!

It's that time of year again, folks!! Spring Harbor Hop is here for its eighteenth year, and the team at Shorty Pants Lounge & Marina invites you to come celebrate with us!!

Spring Harbor Hop 2015

Participating in Harbor Hop couldn't be easier! Jump in your boat and visit waterfront restaurants at the Lake of the Ozarks. Start off with a suggested donation of $20.00 per hand, pick up a playing card at every location you visit until you have a full poker hand, and submit your completed hand at your final location by 7:00 PM! You can even purchase a bonus eighth card for $5.00 - and you can submit more than one poker hand to increase your chances of winning.

Prizes For Spring Harbor Hop

Multiple prizes will be given out for both the best and worst hands, so every player has plenty of chances to take home some great prizes! Prize money will be a percentage of the total of entry donations. Prizes will be allocated as follows:

• Random Drawing for 10 Hands - 2% each
• 4 Worst Hands - 4% each
• 5th-10th Place - 5% each
• 4th Place - 7%
• 3rd Place - 8%
• 2nd Place - 9%
• 1st Place - 10%

BONUS Prize - If you draw all your cards from one of the designated sections of this year's Harbor Hop, you could be a section winner! Shorty Pants Lounge and Dog Days Bar & Grill are both in Section III, so be sure to come see us!!

Asiago Muffaletta

It's one of a kind! This mountain of flavors consists of Capicola ham, Mortadella smoked sausage, salami, provolone cheese, olive relish, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and our oregano infused oil served on an asiago focaccia bun.

Pulled Pork Sandwich

Come try Wobbly Boots Roadhouse's award winning recipe right here at our own waterfront restaurant in Osage Beach! This amazing pulled pork is piled high on a toasted Kaiser bun and served with Wobbly Boots' original BBQ sauce.

Catfish BLT

Now you're in the South! This hand-breaded catfish filet is served with bacon, lettuce, tomato, and our Cajun mayo on a toasted French roll. You can also try it blackened.

Steak 'N' Cheese
These juicy strips of beef tenderloin are grilled and smothered in white American cheese and served on a toasted French roll. Don't forget to add sauteed mushrooms, onions, or green peppers!

Catfish Po Boy

Quick Hint: these sandwiches pair PERFECTLY
with our delicious salads, too!

This Southern fried catfish is served with homemade Cajun mayo, lettuce, and tomato. Don't forget you can try this one blackened as well!

Ahi Tuna Sandwich
This 6oz cut of Sashimi salmon is encrusted in sesame seeds and cooked to temperature. We can serve it on a sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and onion, OR over rice with our house-made remoulade dressing. Tell your server if you would like it blackened.

Oyster Po Boy
This Southern-style po boy features big gulf oysters deep fried to a golden brown and served with lettuce, tomato, and homemade Cajun mayo on French bread. Just one might not be enough!
