In order to provide the best possible service to all of our customers, catering events are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. Please be aware that a quote does not serve as a reservation confirmation, so be sure to clarify that you actually wish to reserve your date and time! We also require a final headcount one week prior to your event to ensure that we have plenty of time to prepare the best food we can.
