Here's a look at the wide variety of dishes offered at our waterfront restaurant & bar at the Lake of the Ozarks. There's a little something for everyone, no matter what your taste buds are craving.
Authentic Cajun Cooking
First and foremost, we have to feature some of that Cajun cooking we're famous for. We use authentic rubs and spices direct from Louisiana and classic ingredients that just might make you think you are eating in the French Quarter and not central Missouri! Creole cuisine makes up the majority of our menu, but here are just a few dishes to give you an idea of what to expect.
Shrimp 'n' Grits
Large shrimp sauteed with Andouille sausage, hickory-smoked bacon, onions, and mushrooms served over our homemade cheddar cheese and jalapeno grits.
We have four delicious Po Boys for you to choose from. The first three are made with Cajun mayo, lettuce, and tomato plus your choice of Southern-fried or blackened catfish, deep-fried big gulf oysters, or hand-breaded gulf shrimp. The last one is filled with smoked Andouille sausage, lettuce, tomato, and our homemade remoulade sauce.
New Orleans Medley
A plateful of our signature entrees: creamy crawfish etouffee, rich jambalaya, red beans and rice, and a half-link of our Andouille sausage.
You'll find some amazing flavors waiting to start your meal off right in our appetizer section of the menu. Cajun flavor is still present here, but not in every single dish.
Our house-smoked wings are served original, extra hot, garlic parmesan, or BBQ in orders of either 10, 20, or 30.
We have 2 incredible nacho plates that are both available as either a full or a half-order.
- Pork Nachos - Slow-smoked pulled pork, Turbo Dog cheese sauce, red beans piled high on corn tortilla chips and topped with lettuce, tomatoes, green onions, and jalapenos.
- Blackened Chicken Nachos - Tortilla chips piled high and smothered in our Turbo Dog cheese sauce, then topped with spicy chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, green onions, and jalapenos, all served with our salsa and sour cream.
Our salads are a lot more than just lettuce and dressing. Each one is topped with fresh ingredients that will tickle your taste buds. Here is a couple that we have on the menu.
Ahi Tuna Salad
A 6-oz. sesame seed-encrusted Sashimi-grade tuna filet cooked ot your liking served over fresh spring mix with feta cheese and heirloom tomatoes served with our house remoulade dressing. You may order the tuna blackened too.
Summer Spinach Salad
Fresh spinach, apple slices, grapes, and heirloom tomatoes topped with grilled chicken and served with our house raspberry balsamic dressing.
Signature Sandwiches & Burgers
There's a fair share of Cajun sandwiches on our menu too, but when you're in the mood for something different, these are just the thing to hit the spot.
Steak 'n' Cheese
Strips of beef tenderloin grilled and smothered in white American cheese on a toasted French roll. You can add even more flavor with sauteed mushrooms, onions, or green peppers.
Jack Daniels Glazed Chicken
A marinated and grilled Tennessee whiskey glazed chicken breast served on an asiago focaccia bun with lettuce, tomato, and onion.
Our blackened classic burger topped off with pepper jack cheese and jalapenos.
All of our signature entrees are served with a garden salad or mini Caesar salad, your choice of side, and either French bread or corn muffins.
Two hand-breaded catfish filets fried to a golden brown and served with house-made tartar sauce. Also available blackened.
Black Jack Filet
Our blackened 7-oz. filet topped with house-made Jack Daniels stead sauce, bacon, mushrooms, and sauteed onions.
