Open Bar includes House brand bourbon, scotch, gin, rum, vodka and wine along with Anheuser Busch products (unless otherwise specified). Cash bar is also available with standard minimums, set up and bartender fees. Every party needs a Pre-party warm up and our large selection of hors d'oeuveres will hit the spot. We offer choices like Baked Ziti, Crab & Artichoke Dip, Magno Bourbon meatballs and Peel & Eat Shrimp that can be enjoyed by everyone.
Our Award winning BBQ is always a great choice for any event and can be served Ala Carte to satisfy every guest. Choose from our smoked brisket, pulled pork, smoked sausage or our famous baby back ribs. All of our smoked meats come with a Hybrid BBQ flavor which combines the unique style and taste of BBQ from Kansas City, St Louis, Memphis and Deep South.
Shorty Pants Catering also has a great selection of Classic Main Courses and side dishes to choose from for you Lunch or Dinner event. You can pick from your favorite assortment to fit your personal taste and budget.
