ALLIGATOR EGGS

Baked jalapeno peppers stuffed with a four cheese blend and wrapped in prosciutto, served with a sweet raspberry habanero sauce.

SMOKED WINGS

Our house smoked wings are served original, extra hot, garlic parmesan, or barbecue.

FRIED GREEN TOMATOES

Green tomatoes deep fried to a golden brown. Served with our house Cajun mayo.

Andouille sausage, crawfish, and shrimp are the staples, sauteed peppers and onions bring in the extra flavor.
