The most popular reason that everyone flocks to Shorty Pants in the summer is because we offer the best Cajun food at the Lake of the Ozarks. Our menu comes straight out of New Orleans, featuring rubs and spices direct from Louisiana. The world famous Crab Cakes are simply irresistible, as is our Gumbo, Crawfish Etoufee, Po Boys, and more! You can enjoy your meal on our lakeside deck or cool off in the air-conditioned, smoke-free indoor dining room.
No worries if Cajun isn't your favorite flavor, because our diverse menu features dishes to fit every taste. Our Black Angus Burgers simply can't be beat, plus we have the best Smoked Wings in town, Filet Mignon, Fried Shrimp Dinner, and Jack Daniels Glazed Chicken. We didn't forget about the kiddos either, with a kid's menu to satisfy even the pickiest of eaters.

The drinks created in our fully stocked bars, both indoors and out, are legendary! We've got New Orleans classics like Hurricanes and the Cajun Bloody Mary, plus lake area favorites like Margaritas, muddled Mojitos, Rum Runners, and Pina Coladas. You'll also find the coldest beer at the lake and an impressive wine selection. The perfect drinks to sip as you enjoy the amazing live music and unbelievable lake view.
The BEST Marina & Gas Dock
Located just down the boat dock from our Cajun waterfront restaurant is the best gas dock and marina at the Lake of the Ozarks. It features a fully stocked C-store filled with all the things you need for a day out on the lake: ice, drinks, snacks, sunglasses, Shorty Pants gear, boat oil, suntan lotion... and more! We also boast the cleanest restrooms at the Lake.
The gas dock can fuel up your watercraft with either 87 Octane, 93 Octane, or Diesel fuel. If you are in need of a place to park your boat while you're in town, the marina has 35 covered slips that can be rented, available from sizes 14x36 up to 20x56. We have PWC slip rentals too. Using the Shorty Pants Marina also gives you access to some incredible amenities: showers, washer/dryer, free WiFi, free electric, free ice, gas discounts, and gated parking.
The BEST Vacation Rentals
Shorty Pants offers 2 of the best vacation rental houses at the Lake of the Ozarks. The Red House and the Glass House or located right next to the restaurant and marina, and they comfortably fit large groups as well as small ones. They are booking up quickly for the summer, but we do have some availability left. If you need a place to stay while you are vacationing at the Lake of the Ozarks, let us host you in our homes away from home!
