The house is adorable and very clean. Just steps from Shorty Pants restaurant which made dinner easy. They also have a marina which made forgetting a toothbrush an easy fix. Ashley was great to communicate with and left her cell number on the chalkboard inside in case we needed anything. Myself and 7 other girls had a great experience!"

The Red House
A bit larger, able to sleep up to 13 people, is The Red House. You get the same panoramic view and lakefront access as the White House, plus 3,400 square feet of living space. It also has a classic multi-game arcade cabinet upstairs!

We absolutely loved staying in this property! I booked this home for my brothers bachelor party and it was perfect. The home is absolutely beautiful and updated. It has 2 levels for entertaining which include 2 huge decks covered and non. We had a party of 8 and had room to spare! The location is located directly next to Shorty Pants Marina and a 2 minute drive from Redheads. Property manager was great with communication and constantly checked to see if we needed anything. I would recommend this place to anyone!"

"Awesome Bachelorette Weekend
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this rental. We had a group of 8 and would have had space for several more. I was able to reach out to Ashley regarding a mishap with the coffee maker and received a response in minutes. She was so helpful and did everything in her power to make sure our trip was perfect. The house itself is AMAZING! 2 full floors of living space, decorated perfectly and the screened in/covered patio was a life saver on the days that it rained but we still wanted to be outside. The location of the house is so convenient, being located next door to Shorty Pants Bar and Marina. Our group wanted to explore the local wineries and we were centrally located between them all also, with the furthest one being only about 25 minutes away. I would recommend this rental property to anyone and hope that I have the opportunity to come back in the future!"

This house was perfect for our large group, with lots of room to spread out and lots of large tables, inside and out. There are 2 refrigerators and dish washers and plenty of living space. The house is newly remodeled and had everything we needed. The staff at Shorty Pants Marina and at the bar and restaurant were all wonderful and very helpful. The walk from the dock to the house is short, and even better, has a bar in between. Loved this place and we will be back."

Lake Ozarks is the most peaceful place that I’ve visited so far. I went with a group of 10 people, but we were struggling to find vacation rentals here and had to finally look for a short-term rental via APT212. It was good, too, and really affordable. But I would surely like to try this vacay rental, too and this blog really helped. Cheers! I’m thinking of visiting again, soon.
