What exactly is Cajun Spice? Well, it's a brilliant mixture of special herbs and spices that give our dishes that very special Creole "kick" that makes you fall in love with them after just one bite! The way we do it here at our Lake of the Ozarks waterfront restaurant & bar will have you thinking you are smack dab in the middle of the French Quarter rather than lakeside in mid-Missouri.
We use only authentic rubs and spices direct from Louisiana. That, plus the masterful recipes from the gang in our kitchen create irresistible foods that we'd put up against pumpkin-spice-anything any day of the week!
