For example, tacos and nachos are foods that aren't considered Cajun but are hard for just about everyone to resist, so those are a great idea on any menu. We do add a Louisiana-flavored "twist" to some of our varieties. (Not all of them, but we couldn't resist putting into some of them~!!)

Mahi filets seared in our Southern spices with crisp cabbage and pico in two flour tortillas, drizzled with jalapeno lime.
Shrimp & Gril Tacos
Our famous jalapeno grits under shrimp, Andouille sausage, bacon, and jalapeno lime sauce.
NACHOS
Nachos are found in the "Starters" section of the Shorty Pants Lounge menu. Even though they are considered appetizers, you may want to make an entire meal out of these hearty plates.
Blackened Chicken Nachos
Tortilla chips piled high and smothered in our TurboDog cheese sauce and then topped with spicy chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, green onions, and jalapenos, all served with our salsa and sour cream.
Pork Nachos
Slow-smoked pulled pork, TurboDog cheese sauce, and red beans piled high on corn tortilla chips, all topped with lettuce, tomatoes, green onions, and jalapenos.
WRAPS
These flavorful wraps also come with your choice of one of our savory side dishes, just like the tacos above. Here, all the flavor is wrapped up neatly in an edible, easy-to-hold package!
Shrimp BLT Wrap
Seasoned grilled shrimp, smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato, and Cajun mayo rolled in a sun-dried tomato wrap.
Chicken Avocado Wrap
Grilled chicken served in a wheat tortilla with avocado, sun-dried tomato, aioli, lettuce, tomato, and cheddar jack cheese.
Chicken Caesar Wrap
A wheat tortilla wrapped around a Caesar salad featuring grilled chicken.
Plantation Wrap
An entire meal wrapped up in a sun-dried tomato tortilla! Andouille sausage, Big Easy Shrimp, and Red Beans & Rice make this a full-bodied wrap.
