Cajun Inspired Cooking
The French-speaking Acadian people that made their homes in New Orleans years ago came up with some amazing dishes that have stood the test of time and are now considered classics. They took ingredients that were easy to find in the area and created unbelievable flavors that make a mouth water.
Some of the staple items used in Cajun cooking include: rice, sausages, seafood, and vegetables. All of those are present in the dishes you may order at our waterfront Lake of the Ozarks restaurant, paired with rubs and spices direct from Louisiana, just like you'd find in the French Quarter. You will find selections with a Creole influence throughout our menu, but our Bourbon Street Eats section is completely filled with it.
