Delicious Salads & Wraps for a Hot Summer Day

We're experiencing some extremely hot summer days lately here in Osage Beach. When the temperatures get high, sometimes you feel like eating a little lighter. You will find an incredible selection of the best tasting salads and wraps at our waterfront restaurant at the Lake of the Ozarks. Be warned though, because even though most of the ingredients are considered "light," we pile them on to make an amazing meal that won't leave you hungry. 

SALADS  

Caesar Salad
Crisp romaine lettuce, tossed with our own Caesar dressing, croutons, and Parmesan cheese. Add grilled chicken or blackened shrimp for an added boost of flavor.

Ahi Tuna Salad
A 6-ounce Sashimi grade tuna filet, sesame seed encrusted and cooked to your liking, served over spring mix with feta cheese and cherry tomatoes, and served with our house remoulade dressing. You may want to try it blackened. 

Buffalo Chicken Salad
Hand breaded chicken strips are tossed in our original hot wing sauce and served on a bed of mixed greens with tomatoes, onions, and shredded pepper jack cheese. 

Cobb Salad 
The King of Salads! A platter of crisp greens generously topped with smoked ham and turkey, crumbled bacon, hard boiled egg, avocado, tomatoes, red onion, cheddar cheese, and Provel cheese. 

Blackened Salad
Blackened strips of beef tenderloin or chicken with bacon, tomatoes, and bleu cheese dressing.  

Asian Shrimp Salad
Mixed greens and crisp cabbage with blackened shrimp, served with a medley of tomatoes, carrots, red peppers, baby corn, slivered almonds, Craisins, and rice noodles. We serve it with a toasted sesame ginger dressing. It's also fantastic with blackened Ahi tuna. 

WRAPS

Chicken Caesar Wrap
A wheat tortilla wrapped around a Caesar salad featuring grilled chicken.

Shrimp BLT Wrap
Seasoned grilled shrimp, smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato, and Cajun mayo rolled in a sun dried tomato wrap.

Plantation Wrap
A full meal all wrapped up in a sun dried tomato tortilla. Filled with andouille sausage, Big Easy shrimp, and red beans & rice, this full bodied wrap is unbelievable. 

Fried Buffalo Wrap
Hand breaded chicken strips are tossed in our original hot wing sauce and served in a wheat tortilla with lettuce, tomato, and pepper jack cheese. 

Any one of the delicious salads or wraps above will give you the energy you need to tackle an action-filled day on the lake.
